Had an msn conversation with my friend this morning.
LInG : i can’t find him you know
Turqoise : find him?
LInG : i drop my hubby first then i park the car
LInG : i search ard can’t see him
Turqoise : then?
LInG : i almost give up, then i search from our kitchen window
LInG : saw him sat between the car
Turqoise : omg.. hahaha
Turqoise : then was he still hugging my bucket?
LInG : yup
That, my dear friends, is the aftermath of wine, tequila and god knows what at my house yesterday. Two person puking at my house. One borrowed a bucket from me and I was out cold within 20 minutes after they left.
I’m gonna stay away from alcohol for awhile.
Hi Justin,
Chance upon yr blog and saw a few beautiful pineapple tart picture from your blogger.
Do you mind to share with me where did you manage to buy the mould, as the shape is quite unique different from what we get outside usually.
As you mention, you actually clip it after using the plastic mould ?
–> Shape the edges a some clipper like thing. Supposed to make the pastry nicer due to more surface area during baking -> Do not really understand what you mean,c are to elborate more ??http://turqoise.files.wordpress.com/2008/01/p1270572.jpg
Like the special design you have put up the photo – http://turqoise.files.wordpress.com/2008/01/p1270574.jpg

Hi Irene,
If you’re from singapore, you can actually get the mold and clips from PhoonHuat. Can check out their website at http://www.phoonhuat.com/. Anyway the mold doesn’t have a special shape, it’s actually the ‘clipping’ process that made it that way.
Let me try to find some pictures and send it to your email. Might take a while though.
Regards,
Justin
